Novo Agents Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

This policy is part of the Novo Agents Terms of Service. It applies to all use of Novo Agents, including through agents and applications built on it.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the Service to create, store, share, or facilitate:

• illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of others' rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• child sexual abuse material or any exploitation of minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic imagery;
• harassment, threats, or content that incites violence, terrorism, hatred, or self-harm;
• malware, unauthorized access, or attacks on systems or critical infrastructure;
• the development of weapons, dangerous materials, or illegal drugs;
• spam, deceptive impersonation, or deepfakes presented as real;
• unauthorized surveillance or tracking of people, facial recognition databases, or emotion recognition in workplaces or schools;
• deceptive political or election activity.

Lawful reporting, research, and authorized security work are allowed when they follow these rules.

High-risk decisions and advice

Do not use the Service to make or substantially inform decisions about people's employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, or legal status without meaningful human review and any disclosure the law requires. If you provide AI-generated legal, medical, financial, or tax advice to others, tell them it was generated by AI.

Service integrity

Do not bypass safety measures, usage limits, or billing; access other customers' data; interfere with or overload the Service; test its security without permission; or use connected systems to extract secrets or compromise the Service. Connect only systems you own or are authorized to use.

Enforcement

We may warn you, throttle usage, revoke keys, or suspend or end access. Serious violations can lead to immediate termination and reports to authorities. Report abuse to abuse@novoindustries.co.
