Novo Agents Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

This policy applies to all use of Novo Agents, whether direct or through agents and applications built on the service.

Illegal and harmful content

You may not create, store, transmit, or distribute:

• illegal content;
• content that sexualizes or exploits minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• malware or code designed to damage systems or gain unauthorized access;
• content used for harassment, threats, or fraud;
• content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred.

Dangerous and deceptive uses

You may not use the service to:

• develop weapons or illegal controlled substances;
• conduct unauthorized surveillance or covert tracking of individuals;
• create deceptive synthetic media or impersonations presented as authentic;
• generate spam or other unsolicited bulk content;
• bypass or undermine safety systems;
• disrupt critical infrastructure;
• steal credentials or facilitate unauthorized access to systems or data;
• provide regulated professional advice, such as legal, medical, or financial advice, without qualified human review and any required disclosures.

Consequential decisions

You may not use the service to make or substantially inform decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, criminal justice, healthcare, or education without meaningful human oversight and any legally required process and disclosure.

Service integrity

You may not attack or probe Novo systems, attempt to access other customers' data, bypass billing or usage limits, submit workloads designed to abuse or degrade the service, or configure connected systems to exfiltrate secrets or compromise the service.

Customer-configured systems

Connect only environments, endpoints, and services you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for what your connected systems do and for the side effects of actions you direct or allow agents to perform.

Enforcement

Novo may warn, throttle, suspend, revoke keys, or terminate access for violations. Severe violations — including illegal activity, content that exploits minors, or conduct creating imminent risk to safety or service integrity — may result in immediate termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
