Novo uses the providers below to operate Novo Agents. We update this page before a new provider begins processing Customer Data.

AI providers
Only the providers in this table serve AI requests. Each is a company under United States, European Union, or United Kingdom jurisdiction. Novo does not use Customer Data to train AI models, and we use these providers under terms or account settings that do not allow them to train models on Customer Data. Providers may retain data under their own terms, for example for abuse monitoring.

Customer-directed destinations
Data also goes to systems you connect and control, at your direction. These are not Novo subprocessors:
- execution environments, tool servers, webhooks, and result destinations you connect;
- source-control hosts you connect, such as GitHub;
- websites and third-party services your agents use at your direction.
